We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes selected during checkout. Please carefully check our size charts before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@manoanimationstudios.com. Include photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or offer a refund.

Wrong Address:

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the item will be returned to the production partner. You will be charged for reshipping once we receive updated address information.
